Membership Dues
Winds Of Faith band members are assessed annual dues of $50.00 to cover cost of band operations and expenses, as well as to procure new musical pieces. Dues may be paid monthly, quarterly, or annually, with all assessments running for the Calendar Year. Members joining after January of any given year will have their dues pro-rated. Members who wish to request a grant, due to financial hardship, for the cost of some, or all of the dues assessment, may notify the Treasurer who will submit the request to the board for action.
New Members Admission
Winds Of Faith membership is open to any adult member of the community who has their own instrument (percussionists excepted). Admission of High School age musicians will be upon recommendation of their High School Music Teacher. Interested musicians should contact the band director for a brief interview, who will then forward their request to the board for approval. Once the board has approved the request, the band director will inform the board and the new band member, of their date of first rehearsal, based on the director’s best judgement regarding the band’s performance schedule, etc.
